Relationship Management

You will be allocated a Project Team with a dedicated Relationship Manager, whose job it is to take full responsibility for your share plan needs.

Part of their role is to meet with you on a regular basis to understand and deliver your service requirements. This includes:

  • Regular face-to-face meetings to plan the launch
  • Frequent communication to progress activity
  • Production of minutes, timetables of events
  • Co-creating innovative communication plans and employee documentation
  • Liaison with other key personnel to achieve plan deliverables, e.g. payroll, internal communications, business managers and any third parties that complete the service chain
  • Delivery of Management Information
  • Becoming an indispensible part of your team and easing the burden on your internal resources

The primary purpose of evaluation is to measure the success of an implementation. An evaluation can begin part way through a share plan implementation or after implementation.

YBS Share Plans consider outcome evaluation an important part of the delivery process. An evaluation is intended to provide information for employees, as well as companies. Both are interested in identifying areas in an implementation that require improvement by finding out the answers to questions such as:
