YBS Share Plans, part of Yorkshire Building Society, has been recognised for its commitment to help more people save for their futures at the Workplace Savings and Benefits Awards 2016.
YBS Share Plans celebrated being named as a finalist in Flexible and Voluntary Benefits Provider of the Year category at the awards held at London's Royal Garden Hotel last night, Thursday September 8.
The judges commended YBS Share Plans for the quality of their submission and contribution to the Benefits Industry.
YBS Share Plans, which is now in its 36th year, has a market share of 44% for Sharesave and 16% for Share Incentive Plans (source: ifs ProShare 2015).
In the 12 months to January 2016, participation across YBS Share Plans Sharesave schemes increased by 4.3% - meaning an additional 5,000 employees chose to join their company scheme. Customer satisfaction, measured by NPS, came in above target at 62% for clients.
