The ESOP awards recognise excellence in employee share ownership around the world. The event is one of the main occasions where the achievements of companies can be celebrated with colleagues and peers alike for their efforts throughout the year. Sir Graham Melmouth (former chairman of the National Council of Voluntary Organisations and outstanding chief executive of the Co-op) will be this year’s host and the guest of honour will be Philip Blond, director of the ResPublica think-tank.
